Contact details you submit through our forms (name, company, email, role brief); candidate information shared for search purposes (CVs, career history, compensation expectations); and basic, anonymised website analytics.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries and deliver executive search services; to match candidates with relevant mandates — always with candidate consent before any introduction; and to send occasional market intelligence if you opt in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
What we never do
We never sell personal data to third parties. We never share a candidate's identity with a client, or a client's mandate with the market, without consent.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained only as long as needed for legitimate search purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing arunkumarm@talfino.com. We comply with India's DPDP Act 2023 and honour GDPR rights for UK and EU data subjects.
