We are selective about non-finance mandates. Our core strength is Finance Leadership, with selected Business, Commercial, Operations, Technology and Data leadership searches where we have the relevant market expertise and track record.
Volume and entry-level hiring
Talfino is not designed for volume recruitment, mass hiring, entry-level hiring or generic staffing requirements. Our work is senior and leadership appointments where specialist search creates meaningful value.
Immediate starts
An approved market map takes about a week, and a signed offer typically follows in weeks 5–9, with notice periods on top. Where cover is needed sooner, we will discuss interim options with you.
Global institutional infrastructure
For mandates requiring a large global office network or multi-country institutional infrastructure, a global search firm may be appropriate. Talfino is deliberately built for focused, partner-led execution where senior accountability matters.
Capacity
We cap active mandates so the founder can own each one personally. When we are at capacity we say so and tell you when we can start, rather than accepting a brief we would under-serve.
What we will tell you on a first call
Bring the role and we will tell you what it realistically costs, how long it will take, and how we would approach the market. If the budget is short for the market, or the role would be stronger split in two, we will say so before the search begins.
